USI Rent book
USI creates this wonderful thing called a rent book. For those of you who have rented before know that it is difficult keeping track on everything going on with rent payments and your rights. This rent book outlines pretty much everything you will need to know about renting somewhere; from your rights to what was in the property before and after you move in to a log of all payments of rent and/or other payments. The easiest way for you to understand it fully it to have a read of it and a flick through, so we have it here for you.
So please, anybody who is going to be renting anywhere this year, make sure to get the Rent Book from here or drop into the Students Union office and we can give you one. My advice is to get one from IADT Students Union so that you can have a hard copy for the landlord to sign.
